During the period a total of 15 teams have used the playing fields for the whole of the football ]season and 8 different teams used it for friendlies games in the close season.
Teams have been involved in two different mens open age leagues, 2 girls junior leagues and in 4 different age groups in junior football leagues.
Two sperate clubs – Warley Rangers and Halifax Amateurs have made the facilities their home bases.
**Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)**
There has been considerable disruption for the second half of the year when preparations and work commenced on the new £500,000 changing rooms and clubhouse which restricted any additional use as it became a matter of survival caused by the disruption and the weather conditions.

A small number of trustees and limited volunteers continue to devote significant time and effort to the Charity.

Section D Achievements and performance
The main achievements is continuing to provide and number of fields and **Summary of the main** this has been done by using small playing fields within the boundaries of **achievements of the charity** larger fields and this provided new opportunities despite the near flood **during the year** conditions which began in the last 6 weeks of this period. Building work on the new clubhouse commenced at the beginning of May 2025 after a tender process.

During the year we were subject to two major thefts of our tractor and mowing equipment and since the thefts the Trustees have decided to move to a contractor approach which will significantly increase annual running costs.
