fund balances, which are not invested in fxed
assets, to several designated funds. These
funds are:
1. Contnuity Fund This fund is to be used to
bridge any possible delays in receiving
promised grants or managing payment in
arrears contracts. This has been defned as a
minimum of a two months budgeted trading
actvity.
2. Restructuring Fund This fund is to be used to
cover essental trading/actvites whilst
sourcing income to a maximum of 6 months
budgeted trading actvity.
3. Dissoluton Fund This fund provides for the
costs of dissoluton should the charity be
unable to contnue. It is only to be used in the
event of the Trustees' deciding the charity
should cease to exist. It will be used to pay
notceperiods,redundancies and the expenses
of running Dementa Preventon UK untl
closure of the organisaton.
