**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE EDUCATION THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF USEFUL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS, IN PARTICULAR RESIDENTS IN THE CITY REGION OF LIVERPOOL, ESPECIALLY PEOPLE WHO MISSED OUT ON THEIR EDUCATION OR WHO HAVE SUFFERED ANY OTHER BARRIERS OR CHALLENGES, WHICH HAVE IMPACTED ON THEIR NUMERACY AND LITERACY SKILLS. ALSO, TO CARRY OUT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, ANY OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSE, WHICH MAY CONVENIENTLY OR ADVANTAGEOUSLY BE DONE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION7OFTHECHARITIES ACT

**Activities:** Adults with limited literacy and communication skills would have a safe place to improve this with a qualified tutor.This initiative began during the pandemic when parts of the community that are already isolated because of cultural, social, or economic challenges were identified, and we began to reach out and run small online sessions.
