provide services with quality.| ## **Achievements and Performance** ## **Financial Review** We currently derived our income from donations from local community and small local business. In Financial year ending 05[th] April 2023, we received donation of £3,154 from individuals, £1,639 was spent on charitable activities. The main financial risk to the charity is reduced donation in coming year. The current funds held in the bank are to cover charitable activities. The Trustees are indebted to all donors for their support, both financial and otherwise, without which it would not have been possible to achieve all that we have. ## **Expenditure:** In Financial year ending 05[th] April 2023, the expense of £1,639 was made on charitable activities provided to people in need. ## **Summary of Achievement:** Our aim for financial year ending 05[th] April 2023 was to continue and develop good quality, safe, sustainable charitable services. We provided support to the individual of mental health and raised awareness among young adults about our cultural values by arranging social event. ## **Plan for future periods:** Ou future strategy was launched at financial year ending 05[th] April 2023 and focus on following key points. - Generate new source of grants/Income. - Deliver services to people with mental health issue. - On board more volunteers, train them and provide them with facilities to provide quality services to people in need. ## **Structure, Governance and Management** Bangladeshi British Civil Society is charitable incorporated organisation which was registered on 05[th] November, 2021. Bangladeshi British Civil Society is governed by the constitution of foundation model. The trustees, who served during the year and up to date of signature of financial statements were. Ahmed Ali - Chair MD Mahbubul Islam - Trustee Syed Ahmed Ali - Trustee ## **Appointment of Trustees:** Trustees are appointed or reappointed annually at the Annual General Meeting. ## **Additional Information:** The trustees oversee the day to day running of the charity. The trustee seeks the views of members, the volunteers in deciding the activities to be run more efficiently and effectively.
