To promote racial tolerance and eliminate discrimination, in particular anti-semitism but not exdusively by
the provlsion of fijnding and other support to charities. organisations and individuals and the promotion of
effective interventions and approaches that seek to prevent. ccwjnter and address such racial intolerance
8nd dis¢rimin8tion. In furtheran¢e of this object bul not Othe￿1$¢, the Irustees shall have the power lo
engage in political actiwty provided that the trustees are satisfied that the proposed activities will further

Fundrai￿ng activities
The charity has been set up recenuy and is in the process of establishing itself. c￿r￿n￿Y il dces not use
fundraising services, consultants or extemal professional fvndraisers to undertake its fvndraising
Bclivities. Addrtion8lly, no dal8 is shared vmth ￿ sold to any exfrmal agenoes.
It has not yet launthed a Web￿te and does not have a s￿137 media presence on any platform.At present it has no
databases or subscribers and has not undertaken any direct mail campaigns or held any events.The charity will
begin to build ¢ontacts through existing business neNvorks but wll t)ot approach or pressure vulnerable people to
support its work. A complaints policy is in place. .No complaints were recEived and no failures lo CoM￿Y were
identified in the current period. The charity adheres lo the Fundraising Code of Practs'ce issued by the Fundraising
Regulator.The charity intends to ensure that any fvture fundraising events are monitored by the Trustees andlor
8ppointed charity representatives wth contact made during the preparatson for, and clean up from, the event.All
future marketing materials will be checked by the Trustees andlor appinted charity representatives.to ensure they
comply wilh the Fundraising Code of Practice
Financial review
Reserves policy
The trustees regularfy review the level of reserves to ensure that the charity can continue to operate effectively and
meet its oblig8tions, even in the event of unforeseen circumstan￿. The aim is to m8intain unrestricted resetves at
a level sufficient to cover at least three to six months of core operabng costs. At year end. unrestricted reserves
stood at £25,388, ￿1¢h the trustees consider to be adequate for the charitys current scale of activities.

Recrurtment and appointment oftrustees
Trustees are appointed in accordance wlh the Charity's Art￿eS of Assoc¥al￿. They may be appointed either by
the members at a general meeting or by the Board of Trustees.
None of the trustees has any beneficial interesl in the company. All of the trustees are members of the company and
guarantee lo contribute £1 in the event of a winding up.
The Foundalk)n has no dlrect staff. Currently the Trustees carry out all financL41 managèment tasks and
adminlstrative tasks voluntarily.
The company's current wlicy ￿r￿emIr￿j the payment of trade creditors is to follow the CBI'S Prc4npI Payers Code
(copies are available from the CBI, Centre Pcmnt, 103 New Oxlord Street, LI￿ WC1A 1 DUI.

I report lo the trustees on my examination of the financial stslements of HofenuThJ FouThlation (the Charity) for the
year ended 30 September 2025.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the trustees of the Charity land also its directors for the wrposes of company lawl. Y¢￿ are resFx)nsible for the
preparation of the financlal statements in acwTdance the requirements of the Companie5 Act 2006.
Having satisfied myself that the ffinanual statements of the Charity are not required to be audited under Part 16 of
the Companies Act 20C6 and are eligible for irKlependenl examination. I report in respect of my examination of the
Charity's financial statements carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011. In caryin9 Out my
examination I have foll0v￿ the Directions given by the Charity Commission uTrJer section 145(5Kbl of the Charitses

1.1 Ba$1$ of prnparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance wlh the Charitys governing document. the
Companies Act 20C6, FRS 102 The Finan￿al Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of
Ireland" and the Chariti88 SORP "Accounting and Reportir*g by Charitie8'. Ststement of Recommended
Practice applicable to charities preparir¥3 their accounts in accordance wth the Finanaal Reporting Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland {FRS 102).. The Charity is a Public Benefit Entity as defined by
FRS 102.
The Charity has taken thantage of the provisiorts in Ihe SORP for ch8rities not lo prepare a statement of
cash flows.
The finBncial statements are prepared in slerting, %thich 1$ the fUnd￿n91 currency of the Chority. Monetsry
amounts in these financial slalemenls are munded lo the nearest £.
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, Imc¥Jified to include the
revaluation of freehdd properties arKI lo indude investment properties and certain financial Instrurr￿￿ts al falr
valuel. The pnncipal accountin9 pdiues adopted are sel out below.
1.2 Going COn￿M
Al the time of approving the financial statements, Ihe trustees have a reasonable expectation that the Charity
has adequate resources to continue in operational existen￿ for the foreseeable lulure. Thus the trustees
continue lo adopt the going concem basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.
1.3 Charitable lunds
Unreslricled funds are available for use at the dlscretlon of the trustees In furtherance of Ihelr cha￿table
objectives.
Restricted lunds are subj'ect to specffic condilions by donors N grantors as lo how they may be used. The
purposes and uses of the ￿tricted funds are sel wt in the notes to the finanual sl8lements.
Endowment funds are subject to s￿lf1¢ (xywjthons by donors Ihal Ihe ca￿tal must be maintained by the
Charity.
1.4 Income
Income is recognised when the Charity is legally entitled lo il after any perfOrnian￿ conditions have been
met, the amounts can be measured relkably, aThJ it is probable that Ir￿Me wll be received.
Cash donations are recognised on receipt. Other donations are rwnised On￿ the Charity has been notified
of the donation, unless performance conditions requiTe deferral of the amount. Income tax recoverable in
relation to donath)ns received under Gift Aj'd or deeds of covenant is recognised at the time of the donation.
Legacies are recognised on receipt or othermse rf the Charity has been Th)tffied of an impending distribution.

1.5 Expenditure
Expenditure is re¢￿aniSed once there is a legal or constnKbve obligation to transfer ecx)nomi¢ benefit to
third paty, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in setllement, and the amount of
the obligation can be measuied rdiably.
Expenditure is classified by activity. The (￿sts of each 8Ctivity are made up of the total of direct costs and
shared costs, induding support cosls involved in undertakn.ng each activity. Direcl costs attribuiable to a single
activity are allocated direcUy to that ath'vity. Shared costs which contribute to more than one activity and
support costs which are not attribulable to a single acts.vity are apportioned be￿een those activities on a basis
consistent with the use of resources. Central staff Costs a￿ alkxaled on the basis of lime spent, and
depreciation charges are allocated on the wtion of the asset's use.
1.6 Cash and cash •quival•nts

investments wlh onginal malurilies of three months or less, and bank overdrafts. Bank overdrafts are shown
within borrowings in current liabilities.
