- Four retreat days were held, two of these
were residential. The retreat days
incorporated practices in our statement of
faith such as prayer, study, hospitality.
Booklets were produced for the retreats to
enable participants to continue the practices
at other times.

variety of backgrounds to participate in a
discussion based on the Bible/other books.

Regarding the selection process, after a
proposal is brought to the Trustees and
agreed, the Chair of Trustees will contact
them, sending them appropriate introductory
documents. After a discussion, if the person
is happy to be appointed and the current
Trustees are in agreement and this is
minuted, induction documents are sent to
the new Trustee and they are invited to the
next Trustees’ meeting.
An enhanced DBS check for new Trustees
will be made by the Trustee with
