## Trustees

The Trustees have been working to establish the charity and the infrastructure (café, community space and foodshare) to deliver the objectives of the charity. The Trustees were appointed from within the Marston Sicca and Quinton & Admington Parish Councils and Meon Vale Residents Association to establish the charity. 

## Actvites and Objectves 

All works necessary to establish the charity were undertaken by the aforementioned Parish Councils overseen by the Trustees at minimal cost to the charity. 

The objectives were to establish a community café, community space and foodshare to serve the local communities. The café and foodshare were operational during this year. 

A Business Plan and Risk Assessment were prepared. 

## Financial Review 

During this period, a grant of £7,000 was received from Marston Sicca PC in support of establishing the Charity for the fulfilment of its objectives. There was very little financial activity throughout the period, with a total spend of £310.50. The Charity therefore moves forward with reserves of £6,689.50.
