**Activities:** The hub will offer space for meetings, workshops, self-help and skills development, providing community groups a safe, inexpensive and accessible place to run activities and develop their services.The hub will also be a base for surplus food distribution and host a weekly free cafe as well as other activities that reach out to marginalised groups in the town.
