The Officers and Trustees present their report the finanaal statements of the Charity for
the year ended 31 March 2023.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
The principal activity of Ihe Charity in the year under review was that of the management
and administration of the charity to pursue the Objects of the Association.
The main work has been to research and identify suitable premises and to re¢ruit additional
Trustees prior to launching projeGI-specific activities.
The founding Trustees a￿ four in number and it has been the intention to increase this
number.

Any deferred tax would be recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated
