**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 11 – 25 YEARS OF AGE WHO LIVE, WORK OR STUDY, IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW, REGARDLESS OF COLOUR, RACE, NATIONALITY, ETHNIC OR NATIONAL ORIGIN, GENDER, PARENTAL STATUS, DEPENDANTS, DISABILITY, AGE, RELIGION OR BELIEF, TRADE UNION OR POLITICAL BELIEFS, EMPLOYMENT STATUS, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER HISTORY, PREGNANCY AND MATERNITY, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF AN ACCESSIBLE COUNSELLING, SUPPORT AND INFORMATION SERVICE FOR INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SUFFERING AND/OR SUFFERING CAUSED BY SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
