number of individuals have requgsled a regul81 phone call- and this h83 usually been to
cover periods where face to face to visiting was not rM)88ible such as by illness of tho
Scheme member or the betriender being on holiday.
In addition to thè core activity of 8 face to face visil Of 8 phone c811, we have also been
able lo offer a. now well4st8blished. Monthly activity attemoon on 10 occasions where schome
members and theif betriermlec have been able to gather for a craft or othèr activity with 8 cup ol
lea Of collee arKI cake. This has otrered the benefit of the Opportunity for tho scherne membei
to get out ot their hw8e and io sociali88 ￿￿th Olhor8. and the opportunty io introduce others to
our 8cherne.

remarkable person whovisited regularly and listened arKI took time and patbence to lift my
