HIthIIKht sesslons- a 1-2 hour session for up to 3 participants - a lighter version of the Restart course, giving participants a chance to work on 2 or 3 of the resilience skills. These sessions are delivered as one s or weekly for an agreed period. In the Short time between becoming re81Stered charity ènd the end of this accountin8 year OEI has dellvered servlces to 16 individuals- 9 Restart courses with one individual golng on to attend weekly alternative provision SessI¢s. 7 young people attending weekly highlight sessions for a 3 or 4 week perlod. Par* 1.20 At the end of each Restart course the facilltator and partlcipant had a robust discussion relating the dlstance travelled In relation to the 8 key skllls and how they can apply thls to their lives outside of the course. 'The course helped me tofeel colm, 'rhe course hos helped me with how to manaqe different type5 of people. he course has helped me with leornlng skllls in a Jun. positive way, e course has helped me wlth keeplnq colm ond understonding people, The facilitator provided a wrltten handback report to those who support the participant wlth observations made and strategies worked on durin8 the course with recommendations for continued support. A top UP session was dellvered 24 weeks Post course to 'check In, with the partlclpant and thelr support network. this was a chance to top up their skills and remind them of their learnifig durin8 the Restart course. 2 months post course follow up with referrers offered positive feedback wlth them attributing the Restart course to improvements in engagement, relationships identity and with a reduction in problem behaviours. Financial Review Review of the charity's financial position at the end ol the period Par• 121 During this financial peflod the Charity received donations, 8rant fundln8 and statutory fundlng of£17.643.65 ofwhich E9.975.00 was restricted. Facilitation of courses, admin and runnln8 costs were £9603.57 . At the end ol thls financlèl perlod, the Charlty held unrestricted funds of £231.06 and restricted funds of £7809.02.
