PROPERTY
In IKlay of 2021, we renewed d long-term lease of the property at 80
Headford Street, in the heart of Sheffield's City Centre. The property had
not been used for a r)umber of years prior to our original leasing back in
May 2011, and as a result, it was in extremely poor condition. After a
fundraising campaigr), we conducted extensive renovations thanks to the
help of many volunteers. Having this property has meant we have sole use
of a building and has helped us to greatly expand our ministries for the
public benefit.
We have a large meeting space for Sunday services, multiple kids and
youth areas, a few small meeting rooms, and a large office. This facility has
been a good base for our church and we are pleased with the end result.
Currently, the lease of this buildir)g sits under the existing charitable trust

FINANCES
Our income for the year was £17.70, which was given in order to keep the
bank account active. Due to the inactivity of the charity while we wait to
