PROPERTY
In May of 2021, we renewed a long-term lease ofthe property at 80
Headford Street, in the heart of Sheffield's City Centre. The property had
not been used for a number of years prior to our original leasing back in
Nlay 2011, and as a result, it was in extremely poor condition. After a
fundraising campaign, we conducted extensive renovations thanks to the
help of many volunteers. Having this property has meant we have sole use
of a building and has helped us to greatly expand our ministries for the
public benefit.
We have a large meeting space for Sunday services, multiple kids and
youth areas, a few small meetir)g rooms, and a large office. This facility ha5
been a good base for our church and we are pleased with the end result.
Currently, the lease of this building sits under the existing charitable trust
