The Trust’s primary activities are planning, publicising and running public on-line lectures on subjects relating to heritage properties in London.  At the time of writing (November 2024), 17 such properties are participants. The lectures are free but attendees are encouraged to make donations which are divided amongst the participating organisations after the Trust’s expenses have been deducted. 

All lectures are recorded and edited versions are placed on-line for the benefit of the wider public.

The Trust also acts as a forum for exchanging ideas and practical information relevant to the management of heritage properties.

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

The Trust was formed following the successful series of lectures organised by the Twickenham Luminaries and the Thames Luminaries. This year, the Trust organised a series of 7 online talks titled “Conspiracy & Betrayal”. Over the year, 1927 tickets were distributed and net revenue from donations was £3,771 from this series and 692 tickets with net revenue of £1,046 from the previous series (Love & Death). 

In partnership with Pitzhanger Manor, the Trust organised a live event titled ‘Cultures of Collection’ at which speakers from Pitzhanger Manor, Orleans House Gallery and Marble Hill House discussed how their collections of art and objects came together and illuminated the stories woven through their art and objects. 99 tickets were sold raising £1,184 for the Trust and Pitzhanger Manor. 

The Trust welcomed two new partners this year: The William Morris Society and the Twickenham Museum making a total of 17.
