The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with ￿nanCIal
Reporting Standard 102 section IA Small Entitles'yhe ￿nancIal Reportlng Standard applicable In the UK and Republlc
of Ireland. and the Companie5 Act 2006.
2.2. Turnover
Turnover Is measured at the falr value of the conslderation recelved or rec&lvable. net of dlscounts and value added
taxes. Turnover Includes revenue earned from the sal& of goods and from the rendering of services. Tumover Is
reduced for estlmated custhmer returns. rebates and other slmllar allowances.
Sole of goods
Turnover from the sale of goods is ￿Cognised when the significant risks and owards of ownership of the goods has
transferred to the buyer. This is usually at the point that the customer has signed for the delivery of the goods.
Renderlng of servlces
Turnover from the rendering of services is recognised by reference to the stage of completion of the contract. The
staoe of completion of a contrart is measured by comparing the costs incur￿￿ for work performed to date to the totsl
estimated contratt costs. Turnover is only ￿COgnised to the extent of ￿COVerable expenses ¥Yhen the outcome of a
contratt cannot be estimated oliably.
