|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|During the period of October 22 –<br>September 23 142 furniture referrals have<br>been completed by the DNM furniture project<br>leading to an estimated £31,235 saving for<br>the combined households we have donated<br>to and an estimated 11,739kg co2 saving<br>(these figures are based upon savings for<br>the re-use of furniture and household goods<br>and not overall charity co2 emissions and<br>savings).<br>The donation of goods to local households<br>enable our beneficiaries to feel more<br>comfortable in their own homes, receiving<br>items from us allows the beneficiary to feel<br>heard, cared for and valued in their<br>individual circumstances. During this period<br>we hosted 4 social events to address some<br>of the symptoms experienced by those<br>experiencing furniture poverty including<br>social isolation.<br>Also during this period we have provided 34<br>DNM Community worship events, as of<br>January 23 DNM began offering weekly<br>opportunities for worship. Alongside this we<br>offer pastoral care for those who choose to<br>engage with the DNM Community in this<br>way.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30 / 09 / 2023. 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
