**Introduction:** This report covers the period 01/09/2022 – 01/09/23 

During this time the charity was largely dormant but did plan and execute its first sponsored row, taking place in the November after the end of the accounting period.

**Report:** The charity exists to promote the further advancement of education of Pupils at Surbiton High School by providing or assisting in the provision of rowing

The Charity intends to continue fundraising in the 2024/25 period, and planning is ongoing for further fundraising events.  At the end of this reporting period the charity neither held funds nor registered cashflow.

The charity exists to promote the further advancement of education of Pupils at Surbiton High School by providing or assisting in the provision of rowing facilities, recruiting Trustees from appropriately qualified and experienced staff, parents, and former pupils.
