**Introduction:** This report covers the period 18/10/2021 - 01/09/2022 During this time the effects of COVID and requirements of school organisation and staff did not facilitate the charity’s operations and therefore the charity was largely dormant for this period.

**Report:** The charity exists to promote the further advancement of education of Pupils at Surbiton High School by providing or assisting in the provision of rowing facilities, recruiting Trustees from appropriately qualified and experienced staff, parents, and former pupils. 

The Charity plans to begin fundraising in September 2023 and planning has begun for fundraising events.  At the end of this reporting period the charity neither held funds nor registered cashflow.
