TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND OPPORTUNITIES TO PROMOTE CONSERVATION OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
