## **Annual accounts** 

The secretary confirms  that  the  accounts  for  2022 - 2023  comply  with  current  statutory  requirements and the requirements of Tallafi UK governing document (Constitution).  The secretary presents their report with financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31st May 2023. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Statement of Recommended Practice on Accounting and Reporting by Charities issued by  the Charity Commission 2005 (SORP 2005). 

The Secretary can confirm that the charity, TALLFI UK currently does not hold a UK bank account. Therefore, Incoming resources were £0,00 in 2022/2023.  Total  Resources  Expended  amounted  to  £0,00. Net Assets at year-end stood at £0.00, 

Tallafi UK are working towards opening a UK account towards a better outlook in the next financial year. 

## STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIRECTOR AND  EXCEUTIVES OF TALLAFI UK 

The Director and Executives are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. The Directors and Executives are responsible for ensuring that  this report is prepared in accordance with charity law of England and Wales.
