**Objects:** THE OBJECTIVE OF THE DEER SHED IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THROUGH TRAINING AND LIFE-LONG LEARNING. THE DEER SHED AIM IS TO PROMOTE SKILLS, BUILD CONFIDENCE AND DEVELOP INDEPENDENCE IN YOUNG ADULTS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES IN DERBYSHIRE. BY PROVIDING A SAFE AND NURTURING ENVIRONMENT, OUR MISSION IS TO EQUIP YOUNG ADULTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES TO FIND SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT IN THE HOSPITALITY SECTOR AND TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY.

**Activities:** The objective of the Deer Shed is the advancement of education through training and life-long learning. The Deer Shed aim is to promote skills, build confidence and develop independence in young adults with learning difficulties in Derbyshire. By providing a safe and nurturing environment, our mission is to equip young adults with learning disabilities to find sustainable employment
