The CIO is recently formed. The trustees are identifying and considering projects to support which can be regarded as being for the benefit of the public. ## **ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE** The bank account was opened on 23 December 2021.There had been no activities. However with the recent donation received in April 2023, the trustees would be identifying and considering projects which can be regarded as being of benefit to the public. ## **FINANCIAL REVIEW** There was £13884 in the account on 31/5/2023. ## **STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT** The charity is a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation). It was recently formed. RESERVES POLICY** The charity does not currently have a reserves policy in place. ## **PUBLIC BENEFIT** The CIO acknowledges its requirement to demonstrate clearly that it must have charitable purposes or ‘aims’ that are for the public benefit. Details of how the CIO has achieved this are provided in the trustees report.
