Governance and Management
The Schemè - The Cunningham Family Foundation established by a Constitution dated 18
August 2021 as amended 18 S8Ptember 2021. The charity was registsr&J as a Charthable
Incorporated Organisation wtth the Chaffty Commission. registered number 1196113 on 11 October
2021.
TN8teas - The Chanty 1$ athiinistered by Trustees and their powers are determlned by th8
Constitution dated 18 SeptemLw 2021. The twstees who are also the member8 and 88rved the
charity during the period ar• detaiied on Page l.
New trustees are appolnted by the current trustees from people over 16 who have shown a keen
interest In the work of the charty and have abilitss required on the governlng body.
The board shall consist of at least three trustees and at least ona of the tnth8s must be 18 yèars of
age or over. Vlhen they are indurt￿ the trustees are presented *ith a current copy of the Constitution
and latest annual Teport and finan¢lal statements.

The Llttl• Edl Foundatlon18 an E88ex based noTrprofft helping children in th8 UK. The Cunningham
Family Foundation provides fundlng for specific projects of that foundat6on and also pays the 8uppllers
dlrectty. The charity is registered in England and Wales. charity number 1169242.
The foundatlon considers the of the most vulnerable children and famllies. The lJustees believe
all children should have equal access to education and leaming development, enabling them to reach
their fvll wtential and bridge the gap between ¢hlldren lfvlw in poverty arKI their wealthier friends. In
order to achteve thls, they listen to the needs of our10¢81 vulnerable famlll8s and offer help where
noces88ry to their chlldren into school wth whatever th8y need.
The Little Edi Foundation is trA2ed in Chelmsford. Es8ex and serve mosty the local cofflmunty
surrounding Melboume. Tho charity has signed a lease to a local building so that they are able to be
present in Ihe heart of the project area and more avallabie for thelr beneficlary famllles. They are
planning to be able to run more Fyoiects from this hub for both tho children and paronls including
cookéry clas888, debt counselllng aThJ kids ckth.
We have been abl8 to assist Little Edi Foundation wtlh th￿'r recurrent costs including the lease of a
minibu5 essenlial for enabling the b￿￿￿clarieS to recelve supr*Jt. Golng forward the trustees wlsh to
fund rent for new premises. ￿h0o1 uniforms WKJ shoes for those in need and a S￿nif￿ant Christmas
event for Ihe beneficiaries. There 18 no fonnal commiirnent to these plans.
