During the period. the tnjstees established the charity by
securing donth'ons from the public for hUManitar￿n projects in
India. The trustees Klentrfied partner tharitres in India for the
ddrvery of humanitarian projects which allowed the tnjstees to
ddiver the winter blanket distribution project benefitting 6,360
poor peoF4e during the peiiod.
The trustees have hal due regard lo the public benefft guidance

During the pefiod, the trustees established the chartty by securing
donations from the public for humanitarian projects in India. The
In￿tee$ idenlified partner charilies in India for the delivery of
humaniiarian projects which albwed the trustees lo deliver the blanket
distribution projed benefitting 6.900 poor peopK8 dufing the period.
The above &*ivities have helped the trustees to relieve financial
hardship for those need.

Financial review
During the period. the chanty secured total donations of £32,133 which
were all unrestficted. The expenditure for the year was £29,502 which
Eye mainly grants of £29.457 for the delivery of the blanket project. This
9enerated a surplus of £2.631 were held as reserves for future
charitable expendiiure. The trustees have a policy not to hold reseNes
but to experKI surpluses in fuiure perKKls for charitable expenditure.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/12/2022. 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
