The Parents/carers benefit from knowing the children are in a safe quality childcare environment whilst they attend work ,college or appointments. 4 March **2012** **TAR** ## Section D Achievements and performance **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** We currently have 50 children aged 3- 12 years on the register. We are registered for 24 children per session. We only have at present between 2 & 6 children attending breakfast session & between 2& 8 attending afternoon session. Our opening times are = 7.45am-8.45am -3.15pm5.15pm. However we have been closed every other Monday afternoon due to the lack of need for our service. due to the lack of need for our service. Our current fees are £5.00 per hour for the 1[st] child and £4.00 per hour for siblings. We have carried out a number of Fundraising events this year to try & Boost our income. Without fundraising we would not be able to remain open!! Two parents,Holt community council , school & our school caretaker have kindly donated/raised funds for our club **Fundraising 22/** _**23** This year we have held a number of fundraising events involving the children as Covid restrictions have meant family events could not take place. The children have enjoyed being able to have fun together again!! We have held film nights Sports sessions: Rounders, Bench ball, Dodge ball. Halloween Party Eurovision party Prom Night/ Summertime Ball Prize Bingo: Christmas bingo, Easter bingo Virtual duck race Thunderball for Adults. Bags to school (with Holt under-fives, We now along with Holt under-fives have a permanent box drop for clothes to help with fundraising)_ 5 March **2012** **TAR** ## **Section E Financial review** There are currently no reserves held.
