The services allow the members of<br>the public to be spiritually enlightened and<br>emotionally refreshed. This can be seen<br>through:<br>Attendants receive the encouragement of<br>harmony.<br>• Attendants benefit from mutual instruction,<br>encouragement and correction.<br>• Attendants gain opportunities for joy,<br>mutual comfort, unity, encouragement and<br>peace.<br>• Attendants receive God-given<br>opportunities to develop patience.<br>• Attendants become aware of God-given<br>opportunities to grow in kindness and<br>forgiving others.<br>• Attendants receive mutual encouragement<br>and growth that comes from corporate<br>worship before God The success of the<br>church’s activities is evaluated by regular<br>meetings of the leadership of the<br>Church ,having discussions on how to<br>constantly improve the church activities to<br>benefit all beneficiaries. Beneficiaries are<br>also encouraged through their<br>testimonies. For example due to the<br>current pandemic we had to adjust the<br>way services and support are been<br>delivered by doing all services online. We<br>also had to respond to our beneficiaries<br>need by looking for ways to support them<br>in terms of extra encouragements and<br>emotional support.<br>Safeguarding<br>• The organisation has a safeguarding<br>policy in place which covers the duty on<br>trustees for the protection of beneficiaries,<br>staff, volunteers and others coming into<br>contact with the organisation.<br>• They will ensure that all trustees, pastors,<br>volunteers and beneficiaries will be aware<br>of our safeguarding protection policy. They<br>have put in place appropriate policies and<br>procedures, which enable us, check that<br>people are suitable for the roles and<br>responsibility given. All trustees, pastors<br>and volunteers will undergo a<br>safeguarding training which will be<br>renewed annually.<br>• The organisation also have a clear system<br>for referring or reporting to relevant<br>organisations as soon as we suspect or<br>identify concerns.|
