## **Trustees' Annual Report 2022** 

The Cornerstone Hub (Charity No. 1196012) is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered on 1 October 2021. 

The charity has not yet commenced operations due to logistical issues. As a result, there has been no charitable activity during the financial year ended 31 December 2023. 

## **Trustees** 

The trustees remain the same: - Peter Isaiah, Chair (appointed 1 August 2021) - Uzo God'swill Amachi, Trustee (appointed 1 August 2021) The trustees are actively working to resolve the logistical issues so that the charity can begin its mission-based activities in the near future.
