Tre Trust was formed 30 September 2021. We are in a transition period from the former trust, Langaford Farm Charitable Trust 1092263, formed as an unincorporated charitable trust 29 May 2002 after the Trustees of Langaford Farm Charitable Trust unanimously voted to convert to a CIO.
The Trustees remain the same with the exception of two Trustees that have retired, being John Mills and Peter Beale.
In this period of accounting there were no monies in or out as the original trust was still operating, as the process of transfer of assets and starting a new bank account was still ongoing. The CIO, Langaford Farm Trust began operating 1 July 2022.
