All donations will be received<br>through bank transfer. As this is solely a<br>grant making charity we will have no<br>expenses..|

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the<br>charity, identifying the<br>diference the charity’s<br>work has made to the<br>circumstances of its<br>benefciaries and any wider<br>benefts to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|During the 2024/25 fnancial year, the<br>Red-Inc Foundation donated a total of<br>**£5,174.49**to trusted conservation and<br>reforestation partners including<br>Rainforest Trust UK, Eden Reforestation<br>Projects and Trees for Cities. These<br>donations supported a range of<br>biodiversity, climate and community<br>outcomes.<br>Collectively, the Foundation’s funding<br>helped to**protect 2,169 acres of**<br>**critical habitat**, safeguarding an<br>estimated**208,224 trees**and preserving<br>vital ecosystems that contribute to long-<br>term carbon storage, species protection<br>and climate resilience.<br>In addition, the Foundation supported the<br>planting of**3,470 trees**, primarily<br>through mangrove and urban tree<br>planting programmes. Mangrove<br>restoration delivers particularly high<br>climate value due to its exceptional<br>carbon sequestration capacity,while also|





strengthening coastal protection, supporting fisheries and improving local livelihoods. The programmes funded during the year also contributed to the creation of **35 paid workdays** , providing fair employment opportunities within local communities involved in planting, nurturing and protecting trees. Through these partnerships, the Red-Inc Foundation continues to deliver measurable environmental and social impact aligned with its charitable objectives of protecting natural resources, biodiversity and vulnerable ecosystems.
