Admlnistration Detail$ Strurture. Governance and Management Crimson Cord Ministries is a charitable Incorporated organisation which was registered on 29th September 2021. The head office is in Corbrfidge. Northumberland. The Trustees meet at least four times in each year and deal with the administration of the charity overseeing financial accountability. risk management and any other administrative business. The operational management of the organisation is also undertaken by the Tnjstees and volunteers since it is newly fornied and there are weekly calls beleen the Trustees regarding our ongoing support to the needy. Objectives and Artivitles The objectives of Crirnson Cord Ministries are, for the public benefit. the promotion of the Chnstian acts by, but not limited to, relieving, either generally or individually, persons who are in immediate need or as51Stance due to being in danger or exposed to hami of health or at risk: physically, mentallemotionallsexually and who are in conditions of need. hardship or distre55. Supporting men, women (in particular) and vulnerable children in U.K. and also intemational as we grow. Attivity has been on a small scale due to Crimson Cord Ministries having limited fund5 and Tnanpower but we hope that in 2026 we will attract donorsldonations to increase our impact on the public benefit. Currently, Trustees Kathleen Bullock and Rachel Gott have been the main charity donors giving out of their own private funds. going forward we hope to start promoting the charity and seeking other donors which will increase our activity and our compliance to its goals. We continue to issue small funds Igrants to individuals and tharity status organisations. In addition to offering financial support, Crimson Cord Ministries has a goal to raise enough fL¢nds to purchase or purpose-build 'safe houses, across U.K. offering short-terni accommodation to individuals and families who are in danger and need immediate sanctuary. We would also like to look into being a potential asylum provider for intemalional asylum seekers and will be researching how this works with the UK government. Publlc Benefit statements The Trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on their legal duty on public benefit and are Satisfied that that the Charity delivers public benefit. due regard is paid to the guidance on public benefit when deciding on what new projects the charity should undertake. Pollcy on Grant Making The Trustees decide to whom it will provide grants taklng into consideration the following- If the person is in immediate need of funds If they are in danger of domestic abuse, physical harm. mental obu5e or sexual harmlexploitation The Trustees will assess each case individually as to vihether a grant application will be successful. Crimson Cord Mlnistries Report of the Trustees for the year ended 31 March 2026 Achievements and Perforniance CCM is still at an eady stage in the charity's joumey but it continues to make small donations that make a significant difference to a number of charities and individuals. The Trustees are occupied in full-time work, so their time is limited. CCM has given donations to: International Fellowship of Jews and Christians, Hope Sprlng and Crimson Cord continues to commit its financial help to vulnerable individuals such as the young Christian Ethiopian women called Mekdes Mekonnen and her small child Novah; whom we have aided since our charity's start. Should funds allow we will step-up our giving to aid like-minded organisations that help such individua15. Our giving will be possible when donors are actively supporting the charity and grants will be issued through our grant application scheme. that seeks to give relief to anyone suffering because of war, financial lack or if a personlfamily are in an unsafe, or abusive environment. With the founder having had a ent serious health episode: Crimson Cord Ministries has been delayed in its operations and ability to attrartlraise funding. With health tuming, the goal is for the founder to now build with her team CCM'5 brand exposure to communicate our aims and hopefully gain support from volunteers and donors and secure grants to build capacity. CCM operates from a small office in Corbridge Northumbedand where it will be expanding to include a management team to assist in the day to day running of the charity. Page 3

Expenditure amounted to £1.346.48. Charity's Reserves The charity holds reserve funds with Uoyds Bank. Charity's Principal Source of Fund5 The Trustees have been donating small amounts during 2025 however we will be actlvely starting to promote the charity in mid-2026 and hope to have more donors and successful grant applications with more established charities. Prlnclpal Rlsks The Trustees are currently time poor and need to recruit more peopk to enable the charlty to reach It5 goals. Our methods of selection are based upon the needs ofthe organisation and experience that individual can bring to the table. For our reference and guideline. the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) produce model role descriptions for charity trustees. ICSA also produces role descriptions which are Specifically for chairs, secretaries and trea5urer5 of charitie5. The National Occupational Standards for Trustees and Management Committee members can also be a useful tool for drawing up a Job description. which we will use as a guideline when needed.
