Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main HUMANIFY is a Birmigham based charity. We are a platform for achievements of the charity passionate members who wish to lead, give, impact life, and make a during the year difference in the local community. We care aims to respond by alleviating poverty, empowering, and looking at sustainable development. We welcome and reach out to those in 3rd world countries. We aim to reach communities and individuals who cannot access emergency relief and sign post them. We approach our projects with passion and pride ourselves on transparency. Our donations are followed thoroughly. We use local volunteers to carry out due diligence for anyone that reaches out to us and ensure funds are carefully monitored. The charity’s work has made a significant positive impact on the lives of the people in terms of their health & living standards in the local community. We as trustees of the charity are very much satisfied with the charitable projects and work carried out in the whole year and very grateful to make a positive difference in society. Huge numbers of beneficiaries have been reached out by the different charity projects. We are very hopeful to continue the charity’s work and change the lives in the wider society and continue to do amazing things for the local community.

Report to the trustees/ HUMANIFY members of On accounts for the year 31[st] May-2022 Charity no 1195870 ended (if any) Set out on pages I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the accounting period from 29 September 2021 to 31/05/2022 Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or
-
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
-
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
