TRUSTEE REPORT 2023-2024
Dear Trustees, Supporters, and Friends of Little Lady Locks,
As we reflect on another successful year for Little Lady Locks, I am proud to share the progress we have made in helping children across the UK by providing free hair loss services. Our mission has always been to provide not only wigs but hope to children suffering from hair loss, and this year we have continued to make significant strides in expanding our reach, raising awareness, and improving the lives of even more young people.
Social Media Growth and Increased Referrals
During the summer months, we saw a marked increase in our social media activity. By producing more content that resonated with our audience and engaging with our followers more effectively, we were able to boost awareness and attract new referrals. This increase in visibility directly contributed to the success of our second charity ball, which raised an incredible £6,442. This event was not only a fundraiser but also an opportunity to bring together the community that supports us and celebrate the difference we are making in the lives of children.
Christmas Campaign and New Referrals
As December approached, we launched a Christmas campaign with a heartwarming advert aimed at raising awareness about the services we offer. This campaign had a remarkable impact, tripling the number of new referrals we received each month thereafter. The positive response to this initiative highlights the importance of strategic outreach and the power of a well-executed campaign in spreading awareness about our cause.
Ashley’s Business Working Group and Outreach Efforts
In March, our dedicated Founder, Ashley, put out a heartfelt plea for help and joined a business working group to further the charity’s mission. Ashley has committed to attending every Friday, where her efforts have been instrumental in spreading the word about Little Lady Locks on a national scale. This collaboration has helped us to reach new supporters and expand our influence across the UK.
Acknowledgements and Gratitude
As always, none of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our wigmakers, volunteers, fundraisers, and the entire Little Lady Locks community. Your continued dedication, passion, and hard work are the heart of this charity, and we are immensely grateful for everything you do. From making the wigs that bring smiles to the
faces of children to organizing events and spreading awareness, you all play a vital role in helping us continue our work.

In conclusion, this year has been one of growth, outreach, and community spirit. With your continued support, we are confident that we can make an even greater impact in the year to come. Together, we can bring hope and dignity to children all across the UK, one wig at a time.
