## _**Independent examiner's report to the trustees of ALL NATIONS CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP UK CIO Charity Reg no 1195946**_

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of theabove CIO for the year ending 31st March 2023, which are set out on pages 3 to 4.

## _**Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner**_

As the charity trustees of the CIO you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (‘the Act’).

It is my responsibility to:

- examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act;

- to follow the procedures laid down in the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under

- • section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act; and

- to state whether any particular matters have come to my attention.

## _**Basis of independent examiner’s report**_

My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view' and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.

## _**Independent examiner's statement**_

The trustees have prepared receipts and payments accounts showing donations received in the period of £38601 . No proper bookeeping record was kept however receipts and invoices along with explanation were given to support the transactions. The trustees have ensured to put in place proper controls immediatly to record all the payments and incomings on timely basis with narrations.

In connection with my examination, no material matter have come to my attention, other than that referred to in the above paragraph;

which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect;

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act or

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records have not been met

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in

## Section B **Structure, governance and management**

ALL NATIONS CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP UK (ANCF UK) is a CIO Charity and governed by its governing document. New trustees are elected by an existing trustee vote.

## Section C

## Objectives and activities

For the benefit of the public in UK: - To advance the Christian faith (in accordance with the statements of belief appearing in the schedule) through having a place for worship and gathering for worship and the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of Christian festivals, producing and/or distributing literature to enlighten others about God and the church of Jesus Christ.

The All-Nations Christian Fellowship UK is committed to enabling as many people as possible to worship at our church. Our services and worship put faith into practice through prayer and scripture, music and sacrament.

When planning our activities for the year, board of pastors have considered the Commission’s guidance on the public benefit and, in particular, the specific guidance on charities for the advancement of religion. In particular, we try to enable ordinary people to live out their faith as part of our church community through:

Worship and prayer, learning about the Gospel; and developing their knowledge and trusting in Jesus. Provision of pastoral care for people living in the parish. Missionary and outreach work.

To facilitate this work it is important that we maintain the fabric of the Church of All Nations Christian Fellowship UK Church Complex.

## Section D

## Achievements and performance

## Worship and Prayer

The ANCF UK are keen to offer a range of services during the beginning of each month and over the course of the year that our community find both beneficial and spiritually fulfilling. For example, evening prayers for every Monday provide a quiet, intimate and reflective environment for worship whilst opportunities are provided for people to engage in more outgoing worship such as that provided by the youth group within our church.

We have managed to register through charity.

The achievement we have achieved through the reporting period is follows;

1. Visiting of 150 families during the lockdown period. Distribution of food, toiletries Top-up of gas and electricity

2. Evangelist Programme - held in Larkhill and Scotland during the months of June, August and October 2022 and March 2023.

## Volunteers

We would like to thank all the volunteers who work so hard to make our church the lively and vibrant community it is. In particular we want to mention our churchwardens who have worked so tirelessly on our behalf, Rev Sakenasa Kainoco who has helped us all to understand the church’s accounts and its finances, and all the other members of the ANCF UK for their valuable contribution to our ministry and for keeping the church running.
