New trustees are elected by an existing trustee vote. ## Section C Objectives and activities For the benefit of the public in UK :- To advance the Christian faith (in accordance with the statements of belief appearing in the schedule) through having a place for worship and gathering for worship and the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of Christian festivals, producing and/or distributing literature to enlighten others about god and the church of Jesus Christ. ## Section D Achievements and performance We have managed to register trough charity. the achievement we have achieved Through the reporting period is follows; 1. Visiting of 50 families during the lockdown period. Distribution of food, toiletries 2. Visiting of homeless people to give blankets, food and lead them to Christ. 3. Conducting four church conferences that attracted vast majority of people that have changed their lives to become a good citizen of the United Kingdom. Approximately 10 people who have addicted to drugs, have received Jesus Christ and Christ have transformed their lives. 4. Four families have restored their broken family back. ## Section E ## Financial Review The charity has 2 Bank account with RBS. Cash Donations received are deposited to Bank account on timely basis. Page 4 of 5 ## _**Independent examiner's report to the trustees of ALL NATIONS CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP UK CIO Charity Reg no 1195946**_ I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of theabove CIO for the period 28th September 2021 to 31st March 2022, which are set out on pages 3 to 4. ## _**Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner**_ As the charity trustees of the CIO you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (‘the Act’). It is my responsibility to: - examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act; to follow the procedures laid down in the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under • section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act; and - to state whether any particular matters have come to my attention. ## _**Basis of independent examiner’s report**_ My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view' and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below. ## _**Independent examiner's statement**_ The trustees have prepared receipts and payments accounts showing donations received in the period of £28338 . No proper bookeeping record was kept however receipts and invoices along with explanation were given to support the transactions. The trustees have ensured to put in place proper controls immediatly to record all the payments and incomings on timely basis with narrations. In connection with my examination, no material matter have come to my attention, other than that referred to in the above paragraph; which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect; - accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act or - the accounts do not accord with the accounting records have not been met I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in ## Mr Rashid JALAL _**[(FCCA)]**_ Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant _(ACCA)_ Page 5 of 5
