**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN CONTEMPORARY DANCE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE TRAINING OF ARTISTS AND TEACHERS, THE PRODUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND TO PROMOTE RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ALL ASPECTS OF THAT SUBJECT AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS.THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR THE CHOREOGRAPHIC WORK AND HERITAGE OF SIR RICHARD ALSTON, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT INCLUDING THROUGH RECONSTRUCTIONS AND REVIVALS OF WORKS.

**Activities:** The Foundation is for the education of the public in the appreciation and performance of contemporary dance particularly the promotion of the choreographic work and heritage of Sir Richard Alston. It will pursue a broad range of activities and programmes, including reconstructions and revivals of work, publications, and lectures and videos, and the promotion research.
