## **Structure and Details of How Managed**

The Charity is managed directly by the Trustees who meet monthly either online, in person or a mixture of the two. An agenda and any relevant papers are circulated in advance and decisions recorded. One or more Trustees will then action the decision.

The Independent Trustee was approached and appointed following a discussion and agreement about the Charity’s need. She was suggested by one of the Trustees who already knew the individual concerned and their qualifications for the role.

## **Activities and objectives in the year**

During this period, the Charity focused upon raising its profile in the local area and in particular encouraging applications from young people who might qualify for help.
