During the year 2024125, the charity received 106
applications. 36 met initial sift criteria and were reviewed
by the Trustees. 9 grants were awarded totalling £7,355.
Beneficiaries will be applying funds to activities taking place
after 31 March 2025.
The charity ha5 received feedback from 6 previous grant
recipients. All sijbmitted evidence of how the grant had
helped them achieved an ambition and how this had
helped them develop skills and confidence.

The charSty aims to provide as many grants as posslble with
the donated funds while ensuring that overhead costs are
kept to a minimum level.
While the number of grants awarded this year was fewer
that previously, the total amount awarded increased by
20%
Reserves at the end of 2023124 provided funds for
investment in the charity development with support
provided by Heaward Solution5 during the year.

The reserves policy of the charity is that sufficient funds
should be held to cover agreed admin costs I which Include
but are not limited to bank charges and fundraising
regulator costs).
Amount of reserve5 held
Reserves of £135 are reqijired to cover overhead costs
(bank charges and fees). The balance of the rese￿e$ will be
designated for charity development.
