**Objects:** TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED BETWEEN 11- 25 PRIMARILY THROUGH PROVIDING GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS, CHARITIES AND/OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS BUT ALSO THROUGH DIRECT DELIVERY IN ORDER TO: A) PROVIDE RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; B) PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES, AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; C) PROVIDE EQUIPMENT TO PARTAKE IN SUCH ACTIVITIES.
