We continue toènsa8e with 8maller tharities and tharitable organi5ations Operat￿1¥ outside London and the
uth East to ensure that our grants are spread as widely as le and that we meet wr ambition to work

emerged from the Pandemic having missed vital ¢lassrry>m time educational experientts.

We believe that our grant makin8 is at its best when we are able tohave honest and open conversations with
srantees. To this end, we have developed our Venttue Partner modeL whereby exPerien￿d tharity
professionals work c108ely with charities in our portfolio to offer 5upF￿ and expertise in addition to ¢)ur
fAnanaal L￿tribu￿on.
Looking forward
In the coming year we will f4)cus fundiJJs on the TrLishest perfonnin8 tharities to 8uarantee elEiaency and
iThpact. We are aiming for a w)rt(olio of 30 organisations by 2030 and to deepen our financial support to
tharitiÈs by SncrÈasing average grantslzts from £50.000 to £ILN),OOD. We are comnutted to en8￿7n8 that our

It is the Po]icy of the Company that ￿r¢S￿l¢tea funds whith have notbeen designaled for a $peofic use
should be maintained at # level to provide suffioent ineome for the company to m*t its objectives. The
trustees considerthai reserves at thts leveI will ensure that, in the event tsf a si8nifieant drop in fundin& they
will be able to ¢y￿tinUe the c4)mpany's current adivities while consideration is given to ways in which
additi￿al funds rnay be raitsed. The trustees intend to Jnaintain a reserve sufficient to cover at a minitnum
