AGM Report for 2024:
Good evening everyone,
It has been another very busy and successful year with lots of fantastic events that have been very well supported.
The strength of the FAFSM is purely from the support shown by existing committee members, parents & friends of the FAFSM and the staff/governors of the school. On behalf of all the committee members, may we take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone for all your encouragement, help and support
Fundraising for this year: £8,060.16
Donation – January £1,000.00 Own clothes day – February £223.70 Rainbow Raffle - May £457.80 Summer Fair - July £3,270.79 Holy Communion photos – June £229.53 Own clothes day – October £237.00 Christmas Cards £240.51 Christmas Fair - December £2,400.83
During this period the FAFSM has donated the following: £7,158.53 Nursery mud kitchen – April £2,600.00 Sensory room - July £65.01 Class fund – September £1,300.00 Leavers Hoodies - July £866.85 Elsa Room – July £440.67 Benches – November £1,886.00
We started 2024 with cleared funds in the bank of £10, 390.63 and £45.81 change in cash. Taking account of the monies raised and the total expenditure, including all admin costs during this financial year, the FAFSM bank account balance is now £7,697.50 and £3,773.92 change in cash to bank.
Proposed projects:
Leavers Hoodies (approx.) - £900.00 Holy Communion donation - £50.00 Each class to receive £100 in July - £1,300.00 Forest school for each class - £2,000.00
