Trustees’ Annual Report – Relief For All

## 1. About Our Charity 

Relief For All is a grassroots charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals and families, particularly those affected by homelessness and poverty. Our mission is to provide essential resources that restore security and offer immediate relief. 

We focus on: 

Feeding individuals and families experiencing homelessness, both locally and internationally. 

Providing access to clean water by installing hand pumps and solar-powered pumps in waterscarce communities. 

Delivering food packs and staple groceries to orphans and low-income households on a regular basis. 

Our work is entirely volunteer-led and guided by the principle that everyone deserves access to basic human needs—food, water, and care. 

## 2. Where Our Money Comes From 

Relief For All is funded entirely through individual donations. These generous contributions are raised through: 

Word of mouth within our local and extended communities. 

Social media outreach, particularly via WhatsApp, which allows us to share appeals and updates directly with supporters. 

We do not receive government or corporate funding, which makes the support of our community vital and deeply appreciated. 

## 3. How We Have Spent the Money 

All donations received are used directly to deliver aid and support. Key areas of expenditure during the reporting period include: 

Food aid: Purchasing and distributing food packs to homeless individuals and families, including monthly and emergency distributions. 

Water access: Funding the installation of clean water hand pumps and solar-powered pumps in regions where water is not readily accessible. 

Orphanage support: Providing groceries and essential food items to orphanages to help feed and sustain children under their care. 

As a small charity, we are proud to maintain minimal administrative costs, ensuring that 100% raised go directly to those who need it most and all administrative costs are borne by the trustees ourselves.
