castrated humanely and 84 donkeys

Within the rural regions of Lilongwe and
Dedza communities rely on the labour of
working equids such as donkeys for
transport and agriculture; however given
economic restrictions veterinary care,
especially castration is infrequently
performed. VEM has provided this service
to local communities that already work with
a partner NGO the Lilongwe Society for the
Protection and Care of Animals (LSPCA) to
improve animal welfare.
