The objects of the charity are as follows.
The prevention or relief of povety in United kingdom by providing". grants, items and
services to individuals in need andlor charities. or other organisations working to pr¢vent or
relieve FK)verty.
The tsustees. policy is to ensure that the above aims are met to the highest possible standard.
Volunteers staff the charfftty, with the workload spread among some of the senior members.

Statement of Trustees, responsibilities
The Board of Trustees has overall responsibility for ensuring The Board of Trustees are

applicable law and United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice.

affairs of the Charity and of the surplus or deficit of the Charity for that period. In preparing
those financial statements the Board of Trustees have-

Stated whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any
material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements: and
Prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis (unless it is inappropriate
to presume that the Charity will continue in operation that the Charity has an
appropriate system of controls, financial and otherwise.
They are also responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with
reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the Charity and enable them
to ensure that the fLnancLal statements comply with the Charities Act 1993. They are
also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charity and hence for taking
reasonable steps for the detection and prevention of fraud and other irregularities.
The Board of Trustees is responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the
Corporate and fLiiancLal information. Legislation in the United Kingdom goNerning the
preparation and dissemination of financial statements may differ from legislation in
other jurisdictions.

unaware" and we have taken all the steps that we ought to have taken as Trustees in
order to make ourselves aware of any relevant infonnation and to establish that the
charity's independent examiner is aware of that infomiation.
ACHEIVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE
Operated a food bank by donating food items to the homeles5 and those facing financial difficulty on
monthly basis in Manchester City Centre and the neighbouring councils.
We also launched our website to generate public awareness of our activities in the United Kingdom

The Charity's independent exaftniner, Solomon Allistar (MAAT) of SAA BUSINESS
SUPPORT LTD has indicated their williugness to continue in offi¢c and offer themselves for
appointtnent.

Respeetive responsibilities of Trustees and examiner
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible t.or the preparation of the accounts: you consider
that the audit requirement of section 43(2) of Charites Act 1993 (the Act} does not apply. It is
my responsibility to state, on the basis of the procedures specified in the General Directions
iven by the Charity Commissioners under sector 4i(7)(b) of the Act. whether matters have
¢om¢ to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner's report
My exarnination was carried out in accordance with the General Directors given by the
Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by
the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes
Consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations
from you as trustees Concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide
all the evidence that would be required in an audit. and consequentlj I do not express an audit
opinion on the view given by the accounts.
Independent examiner's statement
In connection with our examination, no matter has come to our attention.. -
to keep accounting records in accordance with section 386 and 387 of the Companies
Act 2006 and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records, cornply with the
accounting requirements of Section 394 and 395 of the Companies Act 2006 and with
the methods and principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice.. Accounling
