**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, AGED BETWEEN 4-18 LIVING IN CARDIFF AND VALE, BY PROVIDING FUNDING FOR AND SUPPORT TO PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS TO CREATE SCHOOL WELLBEING PODS AS SAFE SPACES FOR CHILDREN, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE EXPERIENCING MENTAL ILLNESS OR DISTRESS, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION OR OTHER MOMENTS OF CRISIS.

**Activities:** The objectives of the chairity are to support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people, aged between 4-18 by providing funding and support to primary and secondary schools in the Cardiff and the Vale area - in order for them to build and create wellbeing pods as safe spaces for children to access when experiencing challenges with their mental health and wellbeing.
