financial position at the end
of the period
Statement explaining the Para 1.22 Given this is a newly incorporated CIO, and
policy for holding reserves no receipts nor payments were recorded
stating why they are held during the year, the total reserves are £0.00.
In the next financial year, from January 1 [st] ,
2024, we will transition our operations from
old CCUK entity No. 1117274 to this new
CIO in which assets and funds should flow
through regularly creating a potential
reserve.
A Reserve policy was deemed unnecessary
by its Trustee’s, as the CIO did not actively
operate in 2024. Going forward, if the
situation changes, the entity should align a
best practice reserve policy for 2025, if
applicable.
