Financial Review

Review of the charity’s financial
position at the end of the period
£0.00
Statement explaining the policy for
holding reserves stating why they
are held
Given this is a newly incorporated CIO, total receipts net off with
total payments (single transaction occurred in the year), hence
total reserves is £0.00. In the next financial year, we hope to
transition our operations from old CCUK entity (No. 1117274) to
this new CIO in which funds should flow through regularly
creating a potential reserve.
A Reserve policy was deemed unnecessary by its Trustee’s, as
the CIO did not actively operate in 2023. Going forward if the
situation changes, the entity should align a best practice reserve
policy for 2024, if applicable.
Amount of reserves held £0.00
Reasons for holding zero reserves Total receipts net off with total payments.
