**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE THE RELIEF OF MENTAL ILLNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF MENTAL HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT USING THE ARTS AND MUSIC AS A MEANS OF RAISING AWARENESS, PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND RESOURCES FOR EARLY DETECTION AND INTERVENTION OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND ASSISTING WITH THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL ILLNESS OF ANY DESCRIPTION OR IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, TALKS AND SHOWS IN THE SUBJECT OF MENTAL HEALTH WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THOSE IMPACTED BY MENTAL ILLNESS.2.2 NOTHING IN THESE ARTICLES SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FORPURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANY STATUTORY PROVISION REGARDING THEMEANING OF THE WORD “CHARITABLE" OR THE WORDS "CHARITABLE PURPOSE" IN FORCE IN ANY PART OFTHE UNITED KINGDOM.
