I have reviewed the financial information of Hindu Aid UK which comprises the Income and Expenditure Account and Balance Sheet for the period from 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 from the accounting records and information and explanations you (Trustees) have given to me. You have approved the financial information for the year ended 31 December 2025 and have acknowledged your responsibility for it, for the appropriateness of the accounting basis and for providing all information and explanations necessary for its compilation.
Respective responsibilities of Trustee and Independent Examiner:
As explained more fully in the Statement of Trustees'' Responsibilities, the trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts and for being satisfied that they give at rue and fair view. We have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to me and I do not, therefore, express any opinion on the financial information.

1 Accounting policies
Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102. ‘The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland’, the Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (Charities SORP (FRS 102) and the Charities Act 2011.
Company Limited by guarantee
The company is limited by guarantee and hence does not have share capital.
Turnover
Turnover represents the value, net of value added tax and discounts, of goods provided to customers and work carried out in respect of services provided to customers.

The trustees are satisfied that the organization is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit.
Members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act. The trustees acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
