This year. we have continued our support of the Sharnbrook Deanery. ond in Januory
2024. The Sharnbrook Deanery Children's, Youth and Fomily {CYFI hub became a
Growing Faith Foundation leorning hub. This gives the project access to two year5 of
funding. learning opportunities with other churches and organi￿tionS across the country
ond the opportunity to input Into the development of Growing Faith in the Church of
England.
Our engogement with the Deanery this year has included individual support for parishes
and benef ices. support f or young leaders. both in o holiday club settin9 and through
merging leader training. the development of strotegies across the Deanery. the
provision of the annual af ternoon teo to thank volunteers. preparation. plannin9 and
delivery of a Deanery-wide conference ond support in the work needed to develop the
relationship with Growing Faith.
Our other key octivities have included delivering training locolly. ond nationally through
online forums, the launch of o monthly cof fee shop catch up with locol volunteers ond
most recently the lounch of our new webslte. Through this. we are now of f ering a
9rowin9 collection of f ree to download resources. including curriculum, craf ts ond
helpf ul tools f or those who work with children, young people and fon)ilies.
Nationally, we hove continued to work to support the Grove Booklets editorial team and
*he Growing Faith Foundotion parachurch network and formed workin9 relationships with
Scripture Union and Hope Togeiher. Locolly. we have developed o working relationship
with Impact, o local schools work charity ond with the St Albans Diocese Growing
Younger and More Diverse team.
Finoncial Review
The trustee's records of the f inoncial tronsoctions undertaken by the charity
f rom which the annual stotenients of occounts are prepared have been maintained as
required by Part 6 of the Charities Act 1993. as amended by the Charities Act 2006.
Income during the year did not reach the threshold requirin9 independent auditor.
At the time of writing the charity does not hove a reserves policy.
The chority does not hold any f ixed assets.
